Associate Director of Marketing - Regulatory

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director Of Marketing - Regulatory to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Location: Washington, DC – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $225,000 – $275,000 annually

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for assigned practice groups

Act as a thought leader on marketing best practices to boost brand and client development

Lead collaboration across marketing teams and stakeholders for practice-specific strategies

Manage marketing budget and optimize expenditures for maximum impact

Oversee all marketing activities for the Litigation practice group, including events and materials

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

8+ years of sales/marketing experience, including 4 years in management

Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Experience in professional services or law firm preferred

Ability to work flexible hours and travel as necessary
