To support a growing design agency, the part-time contract Front End Web Developer will collaborate with designers and clients to implement approved Shopify designs, ensuring functionality and ease of use, with the potential for growth into a full-time salaried position.
Key responsibilities
Consult on strategy, features, and functionality during project planning stages
Code and customize Shopify themes based on client specifications and project scope
Communicate effectively with clients and provide training on site functionality
Required qualifications
At least three (3) years of Shopify ecommerce experience
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience creating development processes and documentation for team training
Ability to code a Shopify website from a Figma file
Familiarity with Git for version control and remote repository management
