Industry Marketing Manager

Job Description
The Marketing Manager – Financial Services & Professional Services is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across two of Williams Lea's priority industry sectors.

Working closely with the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Industry Activation, this role translates business priorities into market-facing campaigns, thought leadership, executive engagement programs, events, and account-based marketing initiatives that strengthen Williams Lea's position as a technology-enabled transformation partner.

Responsibilities

Sector Marketing: Help develop integrated marketing plans; Partner with sector leaders; Develop sector messaging; Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

Campaign Development: Execute integrated campaigns; Support ABM; Coordinate campaign assets; Measure and optimize performance.

Thought Leadership: Develop content with SMEs; Support executive profiling; Align with transformation narrative.

Executive Engagement & Events: Support roundtables and conferences; Coordinate event marketing; Develop executive briefing materials.

Sales & Business Development: Support priority pursuits; Create sales enablement assets; Align initiatives with pipeline priorities.

Performance Measurement: Track campaign performance; Measure sector engagement; Recommend improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B marketing experience.

Experience in Financial Services, Professional Services, Consulting, Legal, Insurance, or regulated industries.

Experience on either the client or service-provider side.

Experience with ABM, integrated campaigns, thought leadership, and sales enablement.

Additional Information
RRD's current salary range for this role is $91,800 to $146,800 per year. The range may be adjusted based on geographic location and may change in the future. Total compensation may include bonus, commission, or incentive programs.
