Chief Marketing & Membership Growth Officer

The Asphalt Institute is seeking a Vice President of Marketing & Membership to lead the organization’s membership growth, engagement, and communications strategies. This role involves strengthening the Institute’s value proposition and ensuring effective marketing across various channels.
Responsibilities include managing membership growth initiatives, developing marketing campaigns, and supervising the Marketing & Membership team. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Located in Lexington, Kentucky, this position will require occasional travel within the U.S. and Canada.
