Key responsibilities

Edit short-form videos with strong hooks, smooth pacing, and engaging visual effects
Incorporate current social media trends and optimize videos for platform best practices
Collaborate with the content team to enhance video performance and deliver high-quality edits on time

Required qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven experience editing short-form social media content
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality Reels or viral-style short videos is mandatory
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
Excellent understanding of viewer retention and attention-grabbing editing techniques
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
