Requirements

Experience managing paid advertising campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.

Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc).

Understanding of performance marketing concepts such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion tracking.

Experience with testing and optimizing ads, creatives, audiences, and budgets to improve results.

Ability to analyze performance data and apply insights to ongoing campaign improvements.
