Remote Junior Designer — Hospitality Studio (Part-Time)

Polychromy Studio , a boutique start‑up architectural design firm specializing in hospitality projects (restaurants, hotels, bars, and entertainment venues), is looking for a Junior Designer to join our team. You'll work closely with our Principal Architect and Principal Designer on hospitality projects from concept presentation through construction documentation.

What you'll do:

Produce presentations, drawings, details, schedules and construction documents

Build and maintain 3D models and renderings for hospitality design presentations

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed

Help prepare presentation materials for client meetings

What we're looking for:

Degree in architecture, interior design

Proficiency in Revit / AutoCAD / SketchUp

Strong 3D rendering and presentation skills

Strong drafting fundamentals and attention to detail

2–4 years of experience

Interest in or exposure to hospitality/restaurant design is a plus

Experience with rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, V‑Ray)

Familiarity with commercial ADA and life‑safety code requirements for hospitality spaces

Strong graphic design sense

Ability to work from and interpret redline drawings
