About the Job
As an Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM), you will be part of the APMM program, Google's global program for early-career marketers. You will work on priority marketing projects, develop a breadth of marketing skills, join a community of peers and alumni, and receive support from mentors and executive leaders. In addition to core work, you are expected to complete learning and development milestones, attend APMM programming, and actively contribute to the APMM community.
Project duties include representing user insights in product development, developing go-to-market plans for new products and features, driving growth marketing and optimization, contributing to Google’s brand strategy, generating user insights, and managing campaigns and programming.
Compensation & Benefits
US: $95,000 - $136,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities
Assist in defining and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new product or feature launches and measure efficacy against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in developing programs aimed at acquiring customers (including business strategies, messaging, collateral, events), increasing engagement, and measuring efficacy of such programs.
Support the team in evaluating product and feature improvements to better meet user needs, product readiness for launch, and communicate new developments to users.
Assist in developing client and executive narratives, presentations, case studies, and content designed to accelerate business momentum for Google's customers and agency partners.
Assist in executing marketing related tasks within the scope of a larger product or project, under guidance from the manager.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, technology, or related fields through full-time roles, internships, projects, or academic classes.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of full-time work experience.
Understanding of and enthusiasm for Google's product ecosystem, technological innovations, and leadership in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space.
Demonstrated global mindset and ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios, with comfort with ambiguity and agility.
Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with the capacity for understanding and developing strategy.
Developed program/project management and communication skills.
