Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports – including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies; licensed fan favorites; and programming from Prime Video add-on subscriptions such as Apple TV+, Max, Crunchyroll and MGM+. All customers, regardless of whether they have a Prime membership or not, can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store, and can enjoy even more content for free with ads.

As a Product Manager in Amazon Prime Video, you will own the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. You’ll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You’ll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people. We’ll look for you to bring your diverse perspectives, ideas, and skill-sets to make Prime Video even better for our customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

Own the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for customers.

Define the vision and build the roadmap for the future of Prime Video on Mobile, including strategy, vision, product roadmaps, crisp business requirements and user stories.

Leverage AI and other technologies to accelerate development cycles and deliver benefits to customers faster.

Work cross-functionally across engineering, personalization, UX, research, marketing, finance, and other Prime Video internal teams.

Apply data-driven decision-making, conduct mental model analysis, and communicate effectively with leaders at all levels.

Define input and output metrics to measure the health of experiences and set bold yet achievable goals.

Collaborate with executives for prioritization and planning of critical products.

About the Team
The Prime Video Mobile team owns the Prime Video experience on Mobile devices worldwide, including iOS, Android phones and tablets. We obsess over the customer experience by taking a mobile-first approach, building product, optimizing for delightful experiences across the entire customer lifecycle: awareness, acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.

Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Experience managing technical products or online services.

Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.

Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
