Overview
We are partnering with a growing organization within the multifamily services industry to identify a Field Sales Representative for the Cincinnati market. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and growing market share throughout an assigned territory. This is a true outside sales position, requiring regular face‑to‑face customer interaction and territory management.

The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, relationship‑driven, and excited to build a long‑term career in sales. Recent graduates and early‑career professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and field‑based outreach

Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, ownership groups, and key decision‑makers

Manage and grow an existing customer base throughout the assigned territory

Conduct sales presentations, proposal meetings, and customer consultations

Develop territory growth plans and execute against monthly and annual goals

Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate pipeline and customer activity records

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Travel throughout the Cincinnati market to support business development efforts

Qualifications & Requirements

1-3 years of sales, business development, or related experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory

Highly motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset

Experience with prospecting and relationship‑building preferred

Multifamily housing, property management, facilities services, or related industry experience preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
