The Engagement Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery and governance of complex PLM and Digital Engineering programs for large industrial clients. The role ensures successful execution, stakeholder alignment, financial performance, and client satisfaction across multi-geography teams.
Your Role
Own end-to-end program delivery (scope, schedule, quality, risks) across PLM/Engineering IT engagements
Ensure adherence to SDLC/Agile/DevOps methodologies and delivery best practices
Lead program planning, milestone tracking, and Go/No-Go decisions
Drive issue resolution and escalation management, including recovery/go-to-green plans
Establish and run SteerCo governance, reporting, and KPI tracking (RAG, financials, risks)
Engage with CXO and senior client stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Drive decision-making discipline with clear accountability and timely escalations
Manage revenue, cost, and contribution margin (CM) for engagements
Track forecast vs actuals, identify risks, and drive optimization actions
Support renewals, change requests, and growth opportunities
Provide oversight across PLM platforms (Teamcenter / Windchill / Enovia) and engineering systems
Ensure solution alignment for Digital Engineering, MES, MHS, CAD, and integrations
Drive technical quality, architecture governance, and reuse of accelerators
Lead global, cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Support, Architects)
Drive technical ownership, competency development, and knowledge management
Enable shift-left practices, automation, and continuous improvement
Drive automation (test, DevOps) and GenAI adoption for productivity gains
Identify and implement process improvements and reusable assets
Support digital transformation roadmap execution
Your Skills and Experience
15–20 years of experience in PLM/Engineering IT delivery leadership
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering
Proven experience managing large, multi-country programs ($5M+ engagements preferred)
Strong knowledge of PLM platforms, Digital Engineering, and manufacturing systems
Experience in program recovery, escalation handling, and governance setup
Solid understanding of financial management (revenue, margin, forecasting)
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in industrial/manufacturing clients (Aerospace, Industrial, Hi-Tech)
Exposure to complex engineering environments
Familiarity with automation frameworks, DevOps pipelines, and GenAI use cases
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $88,544 - $207,401/Year

Additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions may be available, depending on the position and applicable laws.
