48 months of experience in research and information gathering, including document analysis and interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).
60 months of experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio) to support documentation development and delivery.
36 months of experience in document management: organizing information; creating diagrams, charts, and other visual aids; and using documentation systems.
36 months of experience working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, operations, customer support) to ensure documentation aligns across system and business functions and meets user needs.
36 months of experience in reviewing and testing documentation, including the incorporation of feedback to update and improve content and testing for usability and accuracy.
