Compensation

Competitive base salary + commission

Team overrides

$125K–$175K+ earning potential

Responsibilities

Lead the hiring, interviewing, and onboarding process to scale the field team

Conduct daily team meetings and provide hands‑on field coaching

Plan and manage neighborhood territories and daily routes

Set performance targets, track KPIs, and drive canvassing results

Implement strategies to consistently achieve lead generation goals

Requirements

Proven canvassing management experience in home improvement (required)

Experience hiring, training, and retaining field marketing reps

Strong skills in territory planning, mapping, and logistics

Leadership mindset with ability to drive team performance
