About The Role
You'll be the hands-on force behind CollegeVine's brand output across marketing and growth channels: conference materials, content design, and physical production. Working closely with our Principal Brand Designer, you'll ship work that matters across every brand touchpoint with creative direction and feedback from the team, while developing the judgment to take on increasingly independent projects over time.
Responsibilities include:
Design conference booth materials, presentations, and event collateral, including print-ready file prep and merch sourcing
Create social media graphics and multimedia content for marketing and Sales
Create and update web content to accomplish marketing goals
Produce editorial and long-form document layouts (reports, 1-pagers, case studies)
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on branded content and demo materials
Take ownership of work from brief to final output, proactively clarifying goals and seeing projects through to completion
What we're looking for includes:
Strong personal taste and a brand-first point of view; able to extend a visual system, not just execute within it
2–4 years of experience in brand or graphic design
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator is sometimes essential for production work
Understanding of physical production constraints (print specs, bleed, file prep, vendor coordination)
Comfort using AI tools as part of your creative workflow
Preferred qualifications (not required, but bonus points) include:
Video editing (AfterEffects, Premiere, or equivalent) or motion graphics for the web
HTML/CSS + comfort with vibe-coding web content, comfort with Webflow a big plus
Illustration skills
Startup experience
This role is remote-friendly; NYC hybrid is preferred but not required. All team members work Eastern Time hours. Occasional travel to company onsites and industry events is part of the role.
CollegeVine partners with 200+ universities, deploying agentic AI to power campus operations. We have raised venture funding from dedicated investors such as Menlo Ventures (Anthropic, Carta), Silversmith Capital Partners (Webflow, Formstack), Morningside Technology Ventures (Xiaomi, TikTok), and more. In 2020, after years of being a remote-friendly company, CollegeVine became a fully remote company (with a NYC office) with a diverse cast of team members based predominantly in the United States, but also around the world.
