About the Role
This is a YouTube‑first freelance role supporting Poker Night in America and Hellmuth’s Home Game. You will transform existing poker footage into compelling videos by identifying strong ideas, developing titles and thumbnail packages, and executing final edits while using YouTube analytics and performance data to guide creative decisions.

What You’ll Do

Review existing poker footage.

Pitch strong video concepts.

Create thumbnails in Photoshop.

Edit multi‑camera projects in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Use audience data to implement changes that improve measurable results such as thumbnail click‑through rate and audience retention.

What You’ll Bring

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.

Experience creating or mocking up YouTube thumbnails using Photoshop and/or AI tools, including ChatGPT.

Experience managing, supporting, or contributing to a YouTube channel.

Proficiency with YouTube Analytics: CTR, A/B testing, retention, traffic sources, and other performance indicators.

Comfort using AI tools to support research, content ideation, analytics review, organization, and workflow efficiency.

Active engagement with modern poker YouTube content, livestreams, creators, and major event coverage.

Strong organization, communication, reliability, and ability to apply feedback across future projects.

Compensation
Pay Rate: $50 per hour (freelance). This does not include benefits or bonuses.
