Impactful Registered Manager – Children’s Home Leader

S.N.G HEALTHCARE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist children’s residential home in the Andover area, supporting young people aged 9–18 with complex needs including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours.
You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance in line with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, and drive a therapeutic, nurturing environment.
