Director – Defense Supply Chain & Compliance

Frey Consulting Group seeks a Director of Supply Chain for a defense manufacturing client. This role leads a cross-site organization, building scalable processes, ERP readiness, and compliance programs to support growth and warfighter readiness.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in supply chain with defense experience, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Travel up to 40% across U.S. sites is required.
