Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
As a Full‑Time Proposal Coordinator you will manage all aspects of proposal production from inception to completion. You will coordinate and prepare compelling responses to private and public sector Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs). You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure all submissions are delivered on time and reflect our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer‑centricity.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in the professional services field.

Proficiency in proposal management and collaboration tools.

Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and Canva.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional attention to detail for high‑quality submissions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Innovative mindset to develop creative solutions.

Ability to foster relationships with team members and stakeholders.
