Strategic BD Lead, Lighting & Electrical Solutions

InCharge Energy is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager for Energy Solutions – Lighting & Electrical to lead large-scale partnerships across lighting and electrical services. You will drive enterprise deals, manage key accounts, and help expand our North America branch presence.
The role requires 7+ years in enterprise sales or related fields, a strong finance background, and travel up to 50%. Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferred.
