Account Manager Overview
The Account Manager supports Account Executives’ sales efforts by taking ownership of fulfillment so the AE can focus on client‑facing activities, creating opportunities, and closing revenue. The Account Manager handles day‑to‑day account responsibilities to ensure proper implementation of solutions, providing superior customer service and support across Broadcast Television and Digital to retain clients and grow business. This role reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

Provide support to assigned Account Executives on post‑sale activity including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.

Daily interaction with existing advertising agencies and direct clients; this includes maintaining client schedules on television and digital, and implementing special projects and promotions.

Work in tandem with Account Executives, Marketing Director, Research Director, and Creative Services to support client needs.

Attend sales meetings and trainings to gain product and process knowledge and stay current with company offerings to articulate to clients when appropriate.

Partner with designated Account Executives in identifying new or incremental revenue based on campaign results.

Assist designated Account Executives with contract maintenance, generating avails, traffic, make‑goods, collections, and overall customer service.

Regularly track clients’ audience delivery using ratings, impressions, KPIs, and campaign fulfillment.

Coordinate with the team to set up new customer accounts, contracts, order entry, and revisions.

Requirements

1–3 years of account management experience in a professional, fast‑paced media sales environment.

Track record of successfully retaining and growing clients.

Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising is preferred.

Knowledge of Google Analytics and advertising solutions is highly desirable.

Prior experience using CRM systems and the MS Office suite.

Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently to support customer needs.

Self‑motivation and willingness to work as a team player are essential attributes.

Demonstrated creative, flexible, and adaptive mindset with evolving priorities.

Creative with ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Detail‑oriented with ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as organization and time‑management skills.

Pay Range
$26.50 — $29.00 USD
