Fourth Floor is seeking a Head Designer to lead the creative direction for athletic footwear across men’s, women’s and kids’ lines. You will own concept development, color, materials, silhouettes, and storytelling from concept through final product execution.
You will mentor design teams, partner with product development and production, and present strategies to leadership and partners, driving commercially successful and trend‑setting footwear.
