Job Description
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Starting pay is $75,000 plus commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project number of contacts to be made.

Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.

Prepare presentations and proposals.

Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.

Identify and resolve client concerns.

Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to goals.

Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

Comply with The company, Inc. Policy on Drug and Alcohol Abuse. As well as all other policies and procedures put in place by The company, Inc.

Must maintain a neat appearance and a courteous, helpful and professional relationship with customers and all other contacts while on the job.

Maintain sufficient flexibility to be receptive to and efficiently handle requests for changes on short notice.

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events.

Follow-up for collection of payment.

Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of product and services.

Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.

Serve as a positive role model through actions and work habits while on the job.

All other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to perform moderate amounts of climbing, stooping, twisting and kneeling.

Must be physically agile enough to move safely in and out of a vehicle. Must be physically capable of driving and riding in a vehicle for travel to customers for a full schedule work day.

Must be able to communicate issues by speaking to and hearing other employees and customers.
