Onboarding & Account Manager (Contract) — Daily Field Travel

BBG Ventures, LLC seeks an Onboarding/Account Manager for a contract role to launch new customers, provide onboarding support, and ensure a smooth onsite experience across the US. This role requires daily travel within New York or San Francisco Peninsula.
The ideal candidate has Operations Management, Customer Support, or Sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, and Google Sheets is preferred.
