Supporting the Conversion Rate Optimization team, the part-time Contractor CRO Account Manager will manage client optimization programs, coordinate experiment launches, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Assist Senior CRO Consultants in managing client optimization programs and coordinating experiment launches
Participate in client communications, ensuring requests are documented and action items are followed up on
Conduct research and analysis to gather insights for client presentations and recommendations
Required qualifications
Experience with Shopify and GA4 or similar analytics platforms
Experience with A/B testing or experimentation programs
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
