Production Technician Night Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the factory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

$21.19/hr

Shift: B

shift (6 pm - 6 am, 2-2-3 rotating schedule)

What's the Job?

Unpackage raw materials, ensure proper staging, and verify material codes and expiration status

Perform daily maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and troubleshooting

Respond promptly to machine alarms and line stoppages, resolving minor issues independently

Escalate major machine issues to the line lead and equipment team for swift resolution

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED

1-3 years of experience on an automated production line as a machine operator or similar role

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work safely and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
