Our client, an industry leader in agricultural production, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Tipton production team supporting seed processing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, safety consciousness, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: Must be open to all shifts
What's the Job?
Operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced environment
Support seed inspection, packaging, and inventory management activities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow safety protocols and participate in daily team meetings
Assist with housekeeping responsibilities and environmental condition management
What's Needed?
Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 60 lbs
Strong safety awareness and ability to follow directions
Good communication skills in English (reading and speaking)
Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and overtime as required
Basic ability to distinguish seed varieties by size or color
