Territory Sales Manager

We're Hiring: Regional Sales Representatives – Various Territories: including but not limited to Boston metro area/ NY Tri-state area | Paris Ceramics
Full-time | Experience in High-End Design, Architecture, or Luxury Materials Preferred
Paris Ceramics, renowned for exquisite architectural stone and bespoke flooring, is seeking a dynamic, design-focused Regional Sales Representative to drive growth in the their territory.
The job is combination of meeting clients in showroom as well as outside sales efforts with a required amount of sales outreach monthly.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the most respected names in luxury flooring, working directly with top-tier architects, designers, and builders on some of the country’s most exceptional residential and commercial projects.
What You’ll Do:
Cultivate and grow relationships with interior designers, architects, and contractors.
Guide clients through the selection process, offering design-savvy product recommendations
Manage the sales process from initial consult to close, with support from our project and logistics teams
Represent Paris Ceramics at industry events, showroom appointments, and client meetings
Drive business development while maintaining impeccable client service
What You Bring:
Strong sales background in the design or architectural industry
Existing relationships with design professionals in the NYC area (a plus)
Exceptional presentation, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
Passion for materials, design, and architectural detail
Self-motivation and a polished, professional presence
