To drive high ROI opportunities, the full-time remote Director of Corporate Development will lead the corporate development function by identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and strategic investments while leveraging AI tools throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
Build systems to continuously identify acquisition and investment opportunities using AI tools
Lead comprehensive due diligence efforts across various functions, synthesizing information into actionable insights
Manage transactions from initial outreach through closing, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related fields
Demonstrated experience leading mergers, acquisitions, or complex strategic initiatives
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
Proven experience building AI-assisted research or workflow automations
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
