About the Position
We're looking for an outgoing and motivated Entry‑Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work face‑to‑face with members of the public at scheduled retail and community events, representing nationally recognized nonprofit and charitable organizations.

As a Sales Representative, you'll educate community members about ongoing awareness campaigns, explain available support programs and promotional merchandise, answer questions, and help individuals who choose to support these organizations through approved campaign initiatives. This position offers hands‑on experience in sales, customer service, and professional communication, with paid training provided.

Responsibilities

Represent charitable and community awareness campaigns at retail and event locations

Engage with customers through friendly, face‑to‑face conversations

Explain campaign goals, programs, and promotional opportunities

Answer customer questions and provide accurate information

Assist individuals throughout the enrollment or purchase process

Maintain a professional and positive customer experience

Meet individual and team sales objectives

Help set up and maintain event displays

Complete required daily reporting and paperwork

Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions
