Overview Recent CDL‑A graduates – start your trucking career with paid training! We’re looking for motivated, safety‑minded recent grads ready to hit the road. With hands‑on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay, you’ll gain the experience you need to build a successful OTR driving career.
Benefits Hands‑On Training Program: 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor
Paid orientation & training
Weekly solo pay: $1,200–$1,500 on average
Home time: daily, weekly & every 2 weeks based on location
Long‑term career path with ongoing support
Requirements Valid Class A CDL
Completed 120‑hour CDL school
Pass a road test and drug screen at orientation
No recent major moving violations
No recent terminations within the past 6 months
No Clearinghouse violations
SAP drivers not accepted at this time
