As the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing, you will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for dentsu Americas, aligning with global objectives while addressing local nuances. These campaigns will encompass content creation, thought leadership, digital marketing, social media strategy, event execution, and internal communications with the goal of driving cohesive brand representation across all external channels. You will collaborate closely with the dentsu Americas Marketing and Communications team to ensure consistency across brands and channels.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of marketing plans that integrate various tactics, such as industry events, digital marketing, social media strategy, product marketing, partnership activities, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with brand stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing materials, maintaining consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contributing strategically to annual planning sessions and tactically to day‑to‑day efforts.
Work closely with growth teams to identify award‑worthy case studies, crafting strong narratives and delivering concise, impactful storytelling.
Drive positive brand sentiment, increase brand awareness, deliver exceptional experiences for key clients, and support lead generation efforts.
Produce compelling marketing content for digital, social, print, and video assets that align with the brand’s voice and marketing strategy.
Support internal communications across dentsu Americas by translating marketing priorities, campaigns, and thought leadership into clear, engaging internal messaging.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing best practices, using insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience developing and executing brand narratives across multiple platforms (web, email, social, print, etc.).
Proven success in channel strategy, including selecting, optimizing, and integrating channels based on audience behavior.
History of managing multi‑channel campaigns (e.g., content, social media, paid media) with measurable brand impact.
Strong content creation and editorial mindset: knows how to translate ideas into copy, campaigns, and creative briefs.
Platform experience is a plus in Google Analytics, Salesforce/Pardot, Stripo, Kentico, Swoogo or related.
Ability to adapt messaging across varied customer segments and touchpoints.
Ability to lead omnichannel marketing campaigns with seamless brand experience across all channels.
Work Location & Work Hours
Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices – Chicago, Metro Detroit, Los Angeles, or New York City – are required to work from the office at least three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles and Detroit). Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of location, we expect employees to be flexible to meet the needs of the company and clients, which may include occasional office attendance.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $82,800-$100,000, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
