Snowflake is seeking an experienced Brand Design operations leader to drive strategy, staffing, and process across the Brand Design team. You will act as mission control for workstreams, prioritize requests, allocate resources, manage agency onboarding, and align cross-functional partners.
You’ll lead daily stand-ups, define metrics, partner with internal and external teams, champion AI-enabled workflows, and scale operations for enterprise-grade creative output.
