The Fountain Group is seeking a Talent Partner for a prominent client, located in Senatobia, MS. This remote role requires biweekly travel to the Senatobia site and a 6-month W2 assignment with extension potential based on performance and budget.
You will partner with business and HR leaders to deliver Talent Acquisition solutions, develop sourcing strategies, screen resumes, and manage the ATS (Workday) to attract, develop, and retain talent that aligns with the business strategy.
