Head of People Experience & Talent Strategy

Our client, a leader in the Business Services space, seeks an Executive Director of People Experience in Chicago to advance people and talent initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and elevate employee experience. You will collaborate with HR partners and senior leaders to align workforce priorities with business objectives and culture. This role influences scalable people operations within a dynamic firm.

Location: Chicago, IL. Compensation: $226,000–$376,000 annually.
