As a Sales Support Associate, you will support the sales plan by understanding customers’ needs, helping them find the best products, and delivering exceptional in‑store customer experiences. Associates are dedicated to delivering consistent customer service, supporting sales growth, and maintaining a positive, high‑energy environment in their store.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.

Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.

Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards.

Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room.

Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, marketing placement, and shipment processing as needed.

Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.

Perform constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling to obtain products for customers and to maintain the store’s visual appearance. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.

Consistently provide the safest, cleanest, and most engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
