Job Details Job Location: Knoxville, TN 37901
Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels.
Work with programmers as needed to load updated files.
Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions.
Other tasks as assigned.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; serve as the face of the company to clients.
Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred; not required.
Customer service experience required.
Strong attitude and aptitude; eager to learn and tackle any situation.
Knowledge of the audio‑visual integration industry required; at least 4 years of experience with audio‑visual installations, commissioning, and service.
Benefits Base salary $55k–$85k+ per year (DOE).
