Assistant Director/Choreographers for 2026-2027 After-School Theatre Programs
KJK Productions is seeking assistant directors/choreographers to add to our roster for elementary and middle school after‑school theatre programs presenting junior versions of musical in Westchester County, NY during the 2026‑2027 school year.

Production Schedule
Most schools run after‑school Monday through Friday for two consecutive weeks, with performances on the second Saturday of the program.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and review choreography and blocking with elementary and middle school students in grades K–8

Perform light stage management duties for tech rehearsals and performances

Collaborate on a variety of musical titles (titles vary by school)

Qualifications

Experience working with children required

Background in theatre education preferred

Round‑trip transit provided via Metro‑North railroad or car from Upper Manhattan if NYC‑based

Travel stipend negotiable for applicants based outside NYC
