Responsibilities

Lead and delivery of global communications strategy, plan, and marketing material

Lead the development of the connections plan with the integrated agency teams

Lead development and production on all brand advertising and campaigns

Lead the development of all comms toolkits/assets, guidelines for the brand to be flawlessly executed across all channels

Lead the development and execution of brand social and digital strategy, programming across multiple channels and agencies and working with markets and cross functions brand team to deliver quarterly social/digital content calendar in line with publishing best practices

Establish brand and campaign KPI’s in collaboration with SIA team, delivering measurement reports on a quarterly basis and post campaigns in depth analysis

Responsible for marketing budget, keeping finance tracker up and being accountable on all finance

Responsible for all timelines and budgets whilst ensuring assets are delivered to a consistently high standard

Embed new brand positioning, platform, and campaign across top BMC’s

Work closely with Global Brand VP, Coms VP, Brand Director, and global Marketing Team to create global communication objectives/strategy and programming

Assist in delivering key internal material needs and presentation for milestone planning sessions, board meetings, IAP, and distributor conferences

Deliver annual agency scope of work in partnership with procurement lead and lead agency relationships and IAT

Lead daily liaison with agency network to deliver marketing programs through influencers, content, and media cross channels

Motivate and inspire agency partners; coordinate with EG+ on all assets management; collaborate with tech/social partners on connections planning and update markets on trends, insights and new functionalities

Establish agency social community management process with daily sweep and coordinate with market on consumer marketing queries coming from social and commerce

Build deep understanding of media channel/content restrictions by market and deliver specific Dark Market compliance markets; coordinate approvals with CSR, Legal, and Agency

Review and ensure all content complies with alcohol rules and regulation; manage assets library and maintain up‑to‑date asset records

Qualifications & Skills

15+ years of agency/brand management experience

Proven track record of delivering strong creative, digital and media first campaign

Highly creative, with expert knowledge of the category and ability to produce great work, spotting creative and innovation opportunities

Global experience preferred

Agency of record experience strongly preferred

Experience leading culturally relevant/lifestyle brands and staying attuned to consumer trends and media landscape

Experience delivering connections planning, and strong knowledge in media planning and buying

Proven ability to lead, produce, and execute world‑class integrated communications strategies and campaigns

Sharp knowledge of competitor activity and best‑in‑class work in and outside the category, sharing timely insights with the team

Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to inspire internal stakeholders and agency teams
