About the Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 years of web and interactive design experience

Proficient in Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

After Effects skills are a plus

Conceptual thinker with strong web, responsive, blog, UI, and brand development skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to meet strict timelines and schedules

Strong communication and listening skills with attention to detail

Receptive to critique and confident presenting work

Resourceful problem‑solver capable of generating multiple design solutions

Collaborative with Graphic Design and Web Development teams

Self‑motivated and drives work independently

Comfortable working in a team setting
