Creative Content Producer
We’re looking for a Creative Content Producer with strong graphic design skills, refined visual judgment, and a genuine passion for hands‑on creative execution. At Gaui, we believe great brands are built through thousands of creative decisions. Every campaign, launch, email, photoshoot, and social post becomes part of a much larger story. This role exists for someone who understands that the quality of a brand is often defined by the quality of its execution.

Working closely with the Brand Director, you will design graphics, prepare creative presentations, support photoshoots, refine photography, build emails, create social assets, and transform ideas into thoughtful, polished creative that reflects Gaui at every touchpoint. Your responsibility is to take creative concepts and elevate them into work that feels intentional, memorable, and worthy of representing the brand.

We are looking for someone who cares deeply about craftsmanship, sees refinement as an essential part of the creative process, and believes the smallest details often make the biggest difference. Someone who takes pride in producing work that people don’t simply scroll past, but genuinely admire, remember, and want to share.

Responsibilities

Produce creative work across every stage of the creative process, from concept development to final delivery

Design graphics, emails, presentations, social media assets, and marketing materials that reflect Gaui’s visual identity

Help bring campaigns, product launches, and creative concepts to life through thoughtful execution

Prepare mood boards and creative briefs

Support and execute photoshoots, campaigns, and creative productions both in the office and on location when required

Edit, retouch, and refine photography, graphics, and creative assets during post‑production

Collaborate closely with the Brand Director, Head of Marketing, and Creative Lead throughout the creative process

Ensure every creative deliverable reflects Gaui’s visual standards and is polished, cohesive, and ready for publication

Organize creative assets, production files, and design systems to support an efficient creative workflow

Continuously identify opportunities to elevate the quality, creativity, and execution of everything we produce

Qualifications + Skills

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative production, or a similar creative role

At least 3 years of experience working for a premium fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand where creativity and visual storytelling played a central role

An exceptional portfolio demonstrating outstanding taste, creative thinking, and high‑quality execution across multiple formats

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual storytelling

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creative projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to receive and apply creative feedback

High standards, strong ownership, curiosity, and a genuine desire to continuously refine your craft and elevate the quality of the work around you

Beyond The Role
While creative production is the primary foundation of this position, the purpose of the role extends well beyond producing creative assets. We see this person as one of the hands behind the brand. Someone who helps transform ideas into work people genuinely connect with. Every layout they refine, every image they retouch, every campaign they help produce, and every detail they improve contributes to how Gaui is experienced.

The people who thrive here care deeply about craft. They notice what others overlook, constantly refine their work, and understand that exceptional creative is rarely the result of a single great idea. It’s the result of hundreds of thoughtful decisions made throughout the creative process.

They’re naturally curious. They study great brands, photography, design, fashion, architecture, film, and culture because they genuinely enjoy improving their taste. They believe creativity is something that can always be refined, and they’re excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a brand that’s equally committed to raising its standards.

We’re building a team around long‑term thinking, meaningful work, creativity, and continuous improvement. If you’re excited by the opportunity to help shape one of the most creative fashion brands on social media, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation
$62,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience, portfolio, and overall fit.
