Part-Time Director on Duty

to oversee branch operations during assigned shifts, support staff, provide excellent member service, and help ensure a safe, clean, and mission-driven facility. Hours include Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons, with the potential for other days/times as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and support to staff during assigned shifts.

Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.

Respond to member concerns and emergency situations.

Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and adherence to YMCA policies.

Assist with opening, closing, and daily branch operations.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Leadership experience preferred.

Ability to make sound decisions and respond calmly in emergency situations.

CPR/AED/First Aid certification-American Red Cross Preferred (YMCA willing to train)

Compensation & Benefits

$17.25 per hour
