Multicultural Promotions Associate

We are seeking a Bi-lingual (Spanish & English speaking) Multicultural Partnership Associate for our Operations in Boone, NC or various ministry centers across the United States. This is a six‑month full‑time seasonal position.

Locations: Boone, NC, Charlotte, NC, Aurora, IL, Coppell, TX, Englewood, CO, Fullerton, CA, Baltimore, MD

Type: Full‑time, Seasonal, 6‑month contract

Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish

Travel: 30–45% of the time

Responsibilities

Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and serve as an effective witness.

Support the Multicultural Partnerships team in growing the number of shoeboxes producing national partnerships.

Assist with contacting churches, data maintenance, and management for Latino Days at processing centers.

Manage volunteer registration for Latino Nights.

Attend Latino Night events and assist with volunteer check‑in.

Coordinate and implement promotional events and attend assigned events.

Communicate and coordinate effectively with field staff and local volunteers on regional and national promotional activities.

Qualifications

Two years of college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Detail‑oriented with strong multi‑tasking abilities.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Team player who brings a positive, flexible attitude.

Proactive initiative taker looking for ways to serve.

Must be bilingual: Spanish (required) and English (required).
