We’re seeking a

Graphic Designer

to join our Enterprise Marketing team, supporting the visual expression of our brand across multiple channels, audiences, and affiliate banks.

What You’ll Do
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life—delivering impactful, consistent, and high-quality creative across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and executing a wide range of graphic design projects for external and internal audiences.

Works with internal development teams on concept development, design, and asset creation.

Works with internal clients on corporate identity and design standards and policies.

Creates marketing materials as needed.

Works with various departments on development, design, updating and deployment of graphic designs.

Oversees projects, including typography, layout, color and visual communication.

May supervise freelance graphic designers and artists as assigned.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design work of your own creation (or otherwise notated if acting in a support role)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma

Knowledge of typography, layout, visual hierarchy; ability to follow brand standards and templates

Experience in print and digital design, with knowledge of production processes

Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Within your first year, you will deliver high-quality, on‑brand creative that strengthens visual consistency across the enterprise. You will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and contribute to campaigns that drive engagement and measurable business results.

Location & Work Arrangement
This is a full‑time role requiring five days in‑office at one of our locations: Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Denver, or Seattle.

Salary Range

Salt Lake City: $60,000 - $80,000

Denver: $66,000 - $88,000

Seattle: $63,000 - $84,000

San Francisco: $78,000 - $104,000
