Content Creator Intern
The Content Creator Intern at Mulbah is responsible for supporting the creation of social media content and assisting with campaign production for twelve founder-led, positive impact consumer brands. This role blends creativity, production support, and hands‑on execution. You will assist on production days, capture and edit content, create graphics, engage with online communities, and help ensure that every piece of content reflects the partner's brand. Your work will directly contribute to helping our partners build meaningful relationships with their audiences.

This is a part‑time, fixed‑term position for a duration of 6 months. At the end of the contract, there is a potential for a full‑time position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
Production Assistant

Pick up equipment and materials needed for production.

Assist the team during production shoots.

Support models with wardrobe preparation and adjustments.

Help with set setup and breakdown.

Content Creation

Review the campaign content plan and capture content aligned with campaign messaging, promotions, seasonal themes, and product highlights.

Monitor social media trends and create additional trend‑based or creative content opportunities when appropriate.

Edit captured content into polished social‑ready deliverables using best practices such as clean pacing, captions or subtitles, trending audio, and on‑brand text overlays.

Produce a minimum of 15 finished pieces of reels/images each quarter.

Create a minimum of 15 finished pieces of designs using tools such as Canva each quarter.

Capture behind‑the‑scenes (BTS) content during production.

Ensure all content meets platform standards including HD quality, proper lighting, clear audio, stable framing, and format.

Upload finalized assets to the Partner’s Shared Google Drive and organize them into the appropriate folders.

Social Media Engagement

Respond to comments and direct messages on the brand’s social media platforms.

Engage with relevant posts across social media by commenting and interacting with the community.

Maintain consistent brand tone and responsiveness.

Deliver Extraordinary Creative Work That Drives Partner Retention

Achieve a 100% on‑time delivery rate for all Partner work

Produce a minimum of 15 social‑ready content assets per Partner, per quarter.

Achieve a 100% Good Standing rating with all Partners

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field

4.0 or higher GPA

Proven experience creating content for social media (personally or professionally)

Based in the Washington‑Baltimore Metropolitan Area

Available to be in office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Able to travel to production locations as needed

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

Ability to shoot and edit high‑quality short‑form video on a phone or camera using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Comfortable working in fast‑paced, team‑based environments

Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly

Strong attention to detail with an eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling

Passion for social media, content creation, and building meaningful brands

Salary

$1000 per month

At the end of the contract, there is a potential for a full‑time position based on performance and business needs.
