Required Qualifications
5+ years of technical writing experience (10+ years preferred).
Strong experience creating customer-facing product documentation.
Experience writing user guides, configuration guides, installation guides, or troubleshooting documentation.
Ability to work independently and learn technical concepts quickly.
Experience working directly with engineers and technical SMEs.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Experience with structured authoring tools such as Paligo, DITA, MadCap Flare, DocBook, or similar platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with networking, infrastructure, hardware appliances, APIs, or enterprise software environments is a plus.
