Regional Director, Community Management & NOI Growth

Essex-Property-Trust is seeking a Regional Manager of Community Management to lead operations for a multi-property portfolio in the Woodland Hills area. You will be responsible for maximizing NOI and delivering best-in-class resident service.
The role requires strategic and financial acumen, strong leadership of General Managers across properties, and collaboration with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Development, HR and Legal. Travel and onsite presence required.
