ABOUT THE WELLA COMPANY

WellaCompany is one of the world’s leading beauty companies, comprised of a family of iconic brands such as Wella Professionals, Clairol, OPI, Nioxin and ghd. With 6,000 employees globally, presence in over 100 countries, WellaCompany and its brands enable consumers to look, feel, and be their true selves. As innovators in the hair and nail industry, WellaCompany empowers its people to delight consumers, inspire beauty professionals, engage communities, and deliver sustainable growth to its stakeholders.

This is more than an Art Director role—it’s an opportunity to help shape a brand people know and love. We’re looking for a strategic, concept-driven creative who can translate brand vision and business goals into work that resonates. Across design, video, and copy, every touchpoint should feel intentional, inspiring, and part of a cohesive, elevated story.

Reporting to the Global Head of Creative, you’ll join a team that cares deeply about both the work and each other—an environment where ideas are championed, creativity is nurtured, and individuals are supported in growing and evolving their craft.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Education teams to bring ideas to life in ways that are both compelling and effective. You bring a strong point of view, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to think strategically while executing with excellence. Just as important, you’re a clear communicator—able to present ideas with confidence and inspire stakeholders at every level.

As an Art Director, you’ll help push the brand forward—shaping storytelling, elevating product narratives, and ensuring creative work balances bold expression with clarity and consistency across the customer journey.

Within the Creative team, you’ll act as both collaborator and leader—driving concept development and collaborating closely across Editorial, Creative Operations, Print, and Digital teams to ensure ideas are executed with clarity and cohesion across every brand touchpoint.

Above all, you’ll be part of a team that believes great work happens when people feel inspired, supported, and connected—where every creative detail matters, and the work speaks for itself.
