Customer Experience Specialist - Vape Retail

Vape City is seeking Sales Associates to welcome customers, guide them through our products, answer questions, and ensure guests have a pleasant experience through excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is punctual, reliable, and enjoys building relationships.
This role involves maintaining product knowledge, cross-selling to increase purchases, handling transactions at the register, stocking displays, and assisting with inventory.
