Position Responsibilities

An Area Sales Director supports DSD (direct store delivery) sales and independent distributors (IDs). In this role you will:
Support ID efforts to manage customer relationships, engage in sales activities, grow their customer base, and seek new market opportunities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution.
Use digital tools to demonstrate execution wins and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities and adjust sales strategies using consumer insights.
Preferred Qualifications

5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales; experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
Essential Job Requirements

Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Salary Range: $74,746.95 – $82,615.05 per year.
