Representing implementation services and driving business development, the full-time remote Engagement Services Manager will articulate the value of services to enterprise customers, manage service scoping activities, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful service integration.
Key responsibilities
Articulate and sell the value of Samsara Services to prospective and existing enterprise customers
Own service pursuits and manage the forecasting of services while monitoring the ARR pipeline
Act as a trusted advisor during implementation, maintaining customer relationships and addressing critical issues
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in Professional Services or Technology Solutions positioning
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with sales and key partners during implementations
Strong presentation skills, showcasing the value and capabilities of complex service solutions
Experience in executing SOW/Proposal processes and delivering to customer requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
